Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50.80hr - $55.80hr
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience or in a related role.
  • 5+ years of knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • 5+ years of experience leading, facilitating and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects.
  • 5+ years of experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals.
  • 5+ years of background in facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions.
  • 5+ years of experience in the creation of User Stories.
  • 5+ years of organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
  • 5+ years of understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment.
  • Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop productive working relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate with people across the organization.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects to successful conclusion.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routine.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Project Manager in the planning, directing, and coordination of activities related to the replacement of a large enterprise scale technology project.
  • Ensure the business requirements of the project are captured leading to a successful transition.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and operational needs.
  • Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Coordinate with departmental heads, executives, and other stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
  • Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
  • Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
  • Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between various business departments and groups.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to the project manager for updates to stakeholders and executives.
  • Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
