Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50.80hr - $55.80hr
Requirement/Must Have:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience or in a related role.
- 5+ years of knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- 5+ years of experience leading, facilitating and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects.
- 5+ years of experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals.
- 5+ years of background in facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions.
- 5+ years of experience in the creation of User Stories.
- 5+ years of organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
- 5+ years of understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment.
- Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop productive working relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate with people across the organization.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects to successful conclusion.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routine.
- High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative.
- Ability to maintain composure and control when things do not proceed as planned.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Project Manager in the planning, directing, and coordination of activities related to the replacement of a large enterprise scale technology project.
- Ensure the business requirements of the project are captured leading to a successful transition.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and operational needs.
- Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Coordinate with departmental heads, executives, and other stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
- Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
- Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
- Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
- Act as a liaison between various business departments and groups.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to the project manager for updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Assist with project management as needed.
