Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, remote, entry level role, perfect for recent graduates with a marketing focus.

Fracture is a pioneering wall decor company specializing in glass photo prints — manufactured right here in the U.S. in our own 30,000 square foot, solar-powered facility. Over the past 15 years, we’ve sold more than 11 million prints to consumers worldwide and built a brand grounded in sustainability, innovation, and exceptional craftsmanship.
We’re a team of around 50 people: a nimble, on-site production crew and a distributed group of non-production team members spread across the country. Our culture is close-knit, collaborative, and built on the belief that how we treat our people is just as important as what we make.

The Opportunity


The Digital Marketing Specialist position plays a key role in amplifying brand presence, fueling creator collaborations, and driving organic and influencer-based engagement. This individual will support and execute digital marketing efforts across influencer, seeding, social media content, creator partnerships, and community management. Working closely with the marketing team, the role will involve high-volume outreach, project execution, and performance tracking, with a focus on agile and creative digital strategies for Fracture’s organic and paid marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Support high-volume product seeding efforts to creators, superfans, and key community partners. Maintain detailed target lists including contact information, sizing, and shipping details while managing outreach communications; confirming interest, and track seeding logistics.
  • Create simple dashboards to track and report on seeding performance and engagement, including outreach, successful seedings, post-through rate (PTR), and usable assets.
  • Maintain a robust, always-on creator roster, prioritizing micro/nano creators and cost-effective partnerships; adding selective paid opportunities when ROI is clear.Prospect, vet, and outreach at scale; managing communications, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Draft campaign briefs outlining objectives, messaging, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Share tight briefs (what/why/how), coordinate content approvals, negotiate deliverables, usage, and whitelisting/Spark Ads; calendarize posts and ensure FTC compliance and performance recaps.
  • Track creator performance metrics including on-time delivery, content quality, and conversion via codes/UTMs.
  • Persistently execute comms by confirming receipt, setting expectations, chasing drafts, nudging for go-live, and follow up for tags/links until deliverables are complete—friendly, firm, and consistent.
  • Manage social content calendar and publish across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.Write captions and repurpose content for various social media platforms.
  • Capture and edit short-form video and photo content using tools like CapCut or Premiere Rush.
  • Manage community engagement through replying to comments/DMs within set SLAs, escalate issues, log FAQs, and engage daily to grow loyal fans.Actively monitor social trends and conversations, flagging relevant trends, memes, or cultural moments and reacting quickly with relevant content.
  • Surface customer insights, user-generated content, and cultural trends for broader team input.Assist in various marketing operations including sample coordination, asset trafficking, UTM generation, and content uploads, while graduating winners into an ambassador pool.
  • Project manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support new product launches and key consumer moments, from concept through launch
  • Ideate potential channel or content opportunities for prospective campaigns, incorporate consumer and marketplace insights into campaign development, and assist in developing post-campaign recaps, highlighting successes, key learnings, and future opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department, business, and organization and as communicated by management.

  • 1-3 years in social/influencer/creator marketing (brand or agency), including high-volume seeding or sampling.
  • Strong outreach and brief writing; professional, prompt creator communications.
  • Phone-first content skills (shooting, cutting, text-on-video; CapCut or Premiere Rush).
  • Organized systems: clean folders, naming, trackers; reliable follow-through.
  • Energized by speed and a variety of day to day work
  • Excellent video editing, storytelling, and content creation skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal along with interpersonal savvy.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and data to inform content decisions and strategy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in content creation, community management, or influencer outreach is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience with ShopMy platform, preferred but not required.

Work Enviornment

  • The position will be required to work during regular business hours.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, and telephone.
  • At times, light to moderate lifting and/or moving objects up to 25 pounds.
  • The position requires the ability to read, write, speak, type, and use electronic equipment, as well as vision abilities.

Position Compensation Details

Salary: $45,000/Year

Location: Remote; candidates must reside in FL, MA, IL or MN to be considered
