About NVE:

NVE Experience Agency is a brand experience and production agency dedicated to building ideas rooted in culture and guided by the principle that "The Right Moment Will Transform Someone Forever." NVE's team of creatives, strategists, and producers develop insight-driven ideas that convert consumer attention into commitment, action, and brand loyalty.

Summary of Position:

We're looking for an Associate Recruiter who's excited about building teams and connecting great people to meaningful opportunities. This person will play a key role in helping shape the future of NVE by supporting hiring across Production, Creative, Accounts, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, and more.

This role is ideal for someone who loves both the people side and the operational side of recruiting. Someone who can jump from sourcing passive candidates, to coordinating interviews, to managing pipelines, to partnering with hiring managers, all while creating an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days look the same. We're looking for someone who's eager to grow their recruiting career, bring new ideas to the table, and become a trusted partner across the business.

This role reports directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition.

Role Priorities:

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own full-cycle recruiting for select entry-level and junior roles across the agency, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and candidate management.

Candidate Experience & Coordination: Manage scheduling logistics, maintain consistent communication with candidates, and ensure a seamless and thoughtful interview experience from application through offer stage.

Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing channels while building and maintaining active talent pipelines.

Recruiting Operations: Maintain accurate candidate records and interview feedback in Greenhouse, support job posting management, and help improve recruiting workflows and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for junior and entry-level positions across multiple departments

  • Support recruiting efforts across up to 5+ active roles at one time

  • Review and screen applicants within Greenhouse ATS

  • Conduct initial recruiter screens and provide detailed interview notes and candidate recommendations

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones

  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other creative sourcing channels

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate pipelines and ATS records

  • Partner closely with Director of TA and hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles

  • Ensure a positive, engaging, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Support onboarding logistics and processes for new full-time employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition from offer acceptance through first day and beyond.

  • Assist with drafting and updating job descriptions and job postings

  • Utilize and identify creative recruiting strategies and talent communities to attract top candidates

  • Support ongoing recruiting operations and process improvements as the company continues to scale

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of recruiting and/or recruiting coordination experience

  • Experience recruiting within creative, experiential, advertising, marketing, production, startup, or agency environments preferred

  • Prior experience using Greenhouse or other ATS platforms required

  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

  • Interest in emerging AI tools and technologies within Talent Acquisition, including experience leveraging AI to support sourcing, recruiting operations, candidate engagement, research, or workflow efficiencies.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Passion for people, culture, and talent acquisition

Location:

We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City. Candidates located in either market are preferred; however, remote candidates may be considered for the right fit.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Health & Wellness Benefits

  • 401(k) Match

  • Communication Stipend

  • Paid Company Holidays & PTO

  • Flexible WFH Policy

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • Company Gatherings & Retreats
