Position Overview

Novel Prep is seeking a passionate and experienced Offline Marketing Specialist to expand our presence in the Southern California market. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the education industry, strong resource integration abilities, proven business development (BD) experience, and fluency in both English and Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement offline marketing strategies targeting the Diamond Bar and Irvine regions.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local educational institutions, community organizations, schools, and other collaborators.
  • Organize and execute offline events (e.g., education fairs, parent workshops, campus activities) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Leverage Southern California-based resources to complement online marketing efforts and drive comprehensive promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze market data, track the effectiveness of promotional activities, and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Support other market-related activities and assist in achieving annual objectives.
Qualifications

  • Education Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of offline marketing experience in the education sector, with familiarity with local market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Resourcefulness: Strong knowledge of Southern Californias local market and community resources, with the ability to quickly identify and secure relevant partnerships.
