We are looking for a Entry Level Auditing Coordinator in USA. Your mission will be to:
Position Summary
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the logistics associated with third-party auditing. This includes working with auditors and auditing clients with schedules. The incumbent is the primary user of the auditing database. The incumbent receives general supervision from the Auditing Scheduling Supervisor; however must inherently work independently. Incumbents must have a good communication style, understand the needs of the customers, both internal & external, in order to determine scheduling priority. The incumbent is responsible for following company guidelines, customer care SOPs, and policies. Customer satisfaction is affected by the decisions and delivery of information by the incumbent.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Schedules audits for auditors in US and Canada following MNCert scheme owner and customer requirements.
• Coordinates detailed information accurately to execute schedule changes based on customer and internal expectations.
• Maintain customer care and excellence through responsiveness, communication, and professionalism with all external & internal clients.
• Responsible for coordinating, negotiating and logistically planning auditors schedules to meet internal efficiency fiscal goals and our Core customer specific scheduling guidelines and meet expectations using the Auditing database.
• Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, establishing all Core customer schedules are completed according to need.
• This position is responsible for reporting on any customer inquiry or complaint to the Senior Coordinator and Auditing Management, providing assistance where needed in bringing about resolution.
• Coordinates incoming and outgoing customer interactions across numerous channels including phone, email, chat etc.
• Communicate verbally and / or in writing to audit sites regarding individual customer(s) program requirements, goals, deadlines and expectations.
• Optimize the efficiency of auditors' schedules by following official protocols. Responsible for the routine decision-making regarding scheduling.
• Support corporate quality and continuous improvement process.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• At any time, the incumbent must behave and operate in an ethical and Code of Conduct compliant manner.
Communication
• Direct Supervisor: Regularly communicates for guidance, performance feedback, and project updates.
• Team Members: Collaborates with team members to ensure effective execution of tasks, exchange of information, and teamwork in daily operations.
• Customers: Regularly communicates with Core and Select Customers.
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.
• This position requires a broad knowledge of PC-based software including word-processing, database, and spreadsheet applications, in order to maintain the database and create reports.
• E-mail experience is necessary to correspond with clients and Auditors.
• A thorough knowledge of customer service duties such as filing, letter writing, relaying of messages, and answering questions is required of this position.
• Fully developed interpersonal and customer relationship skills are required to communicate audit information to internal and external customers.
• Office and telephone skills gained from a previous secretarial or customer service position would be needed.

• Work is performed in a typical office setting.
Travel
• Minimal travel is required, primarily for training or company meetings.
• Travel is typically less than 10% of the time.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly USD
