Job description

You know that person, the one who walks into a room and people just... light up? Who can talk to absolutely anyone, keep three conversations going at once, and somehow never lose their cool? Who's smart, quick, and always seems to land on their feet?

Yeah. We're looking for you.

Placement Force is a growing recruiting company led by people who've built and run many staffing firms before, now armed with cutting-edge tech and looking for phenomenal people to match. We need an Entry-Level Account Executive to help us do it. This isn't a job you clock into. It's a career you build, starting on day one.

What you'll actually be doing:

Talking with people, a lot of great, interesting people. You'll interview candidates for technical roles (don't worry, zero tech background required, we train you on everything), go out and win new clients, review candidates to find the ones worth putting in front of your client, your the expert, coach everyone, candidates and clients alike, through the hiring process. Get heavely involved in developing our applicant tracking system, our sales process, our marketing, the whole recruiting machine.

Why people love this role:

● Base + commission + bonuses + stock options — real earners here are clearing $150,000+

● A launchpad role — we're grooming our next recruiting team lead, and the step after that is VP of Sales

● All the training you need, provided — you don't need to be technical or experience in recruiting, just experience with people

● Work remote from anywhere — after our initial on-site training, your ready to start bring in the the big bucks.

● Report straight to the CEO — and work directly with our CTO, you're in the room, part of the executive team, not on the sidelines

● Ground-floor opportunity — at a startup that's actually building something, you'll help shape the business, not just work inside it

This role is calling your name if you:

● Have 2+ years in a customer-facing role — bartending, serving, retail, sales, anything where you had to win people over on the spot

● Communicate like a pro — direct and clear, but warm and welcoming, never harsh

● Multitask without breaking a sweat and stay organized while doing it

● Have real problem-solving instincts and think fast on your feet

● Bring a genuinely bubbly, magnetic personality to every call

● Are hungry — financially and professionally — and move with a sense of urgency

● Want a career you're building, not a job you're filling time with

Straight up:

We're an early-stage startup, so we don't have health insurance or retirement benefits yet — that's on the roadmap as we scale. What we do have is uncapped commission, equity in the business, and a real path to leadership for the person willing to bet on themselves early.

Heads up — this window won't stay open long. We're actively interviewing and want to fill this seat fast. If you've been waiting for a sign to finally go after the career (not just the job), this is it. Apply today.
