Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet each client's unique needs, ensuring comprehensive support during pre-crisis and crisis situations.
  • Timely management and documentation of client records, adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to drive optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance treatment efficacy.
  • Actively engage in all processes related to licensing and accreditation, sustaining the highest level of service quality.
  • Establish strong relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, fostering partnerships that enhance service delivery and resource accessibility.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and partner organizations to achieve contract standards and advance the clinic's community mission.
  • Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and meetings to stay informed and maximize your professional growth.
  • Represent the organization at community events, promoting our mission and the various services we provide.
  • Uphold and integrate the clinic's mission, values, and principles into daily practice.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success and mission of the clinic.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals facing challenges related to emotional health, substance use issues, and developmental disabilities. As an LMHC, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the well-being of individuals and families, guiding them through their mental health journeys with tailored support, empathy, and specialized resources.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
  • An independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license issued by the state board.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain client records and prepare essential reports with accuracy and compliance.
  • A strong inclination to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for successful interactions with clients and team members.
  • The ability to utilize professional judgment and take independent actions based on clinical knowledge.
Preferred Experience
