Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including creating crisis intervention strategies and managing behavioral health guidelines.
• Timely completion of all required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines, utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools to identify client strengths and areas for improvement, actively collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes and maintain open communication with community partners, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• The role includes responsibilities such as leading support groups, facilitating educational workshops, and representing the clinic at community events or task forces related to mental health advocacy.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in relevant training, seminars, and conferences to enhance your expertise and stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.
