Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide crisis intervention strategies and create pre-crisis and crisis plans to manage urgent situations effectively.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools, as required by the clinical team, to monitor and assess client progress.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement positive behavior support plans to enhance client outcomes.
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the quality and compliance of services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Excela Behavioral Health, you will be working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals with emotional distress, those engaged in substance use recovery, and clients with various developmental challenges. Qualifications
