Location: Somers Point, NJ
Schedule: Summer 2026 | Part-Time or Temporary Full-Time | Daytime Hours
Starting Payrates: $20/hr (ABA Therapist) | $23/hr (RBT)

Looking for a summer job thatโ€™s meaningful, active, and actually makes a difference?

Interactive Kids is hiring ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our summer programming in Somers Point. Whether youโ€™re supporting students in a clinic-based setting or working within our structured summer programs, youโ€™ll be part of a team helping kids build communication, social, and independence skills in a supportive, energetic environment.

This is hands-on, purposeful work, with real clinical experience and strong team support.


What Youโ€™ll Be Doing
  • Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Support communication, social skills, and daily living goals
  • Use reinforcement, prompting, and de-escalation strategies
  • Collect and track simple data
  • Work alongside BCBAs and clinical supervisors
  • Participate in structured summer activities and programming

Depending on final programming needs, positions may be based in:

  • Clinic-based environments
  • Structured summer programs
  • Small-group skill-building settings
