Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies.
• Document all client interactions and treatment updates promptly while complying with regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deploy positive behavior support plans effectively.
• Actively engage in all licensing, accreditation processes, and quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of care.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners as needed.
• Establish and nurture strong communication channels to ensure contract compliance and promote the mission of the organization.
• Engage with local, state, and national agencies to identify opportunities for partnership, collaboration, and funding.
• Continuously pursue professional development opportunities, including attending workshops, conferences, and representing the organization at state meetings.
• Embody and promote the values, philosophy, and principles of the organization in all interactions and documentation.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.

This role focuses on providing mental health support to a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with emotional distress, substance use issues, and developmental challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is mandatory for this position.

• Experience in a community health setting or a similar environment is appreciated.
• Previous work with clients facing substance use disorders and developmental disabilities is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using evidence-based therapeutic practices and treatment methodologies.
