Your Background
  • Over 3 years of experience as a people leader, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and resource planning
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on power or energy systems
  • 11+ years (Bachelor's), 9+ years (Master's), or 7+ years (PhD) of experience in power system studies or research
  • Experience providing advisory services, building customer relationships, and developing winning proposals
  • Proven experience delivering highquality consulting projects; multidisciplinary project experience is an asset
  • Strong expertise in power system tools (e.g., PSSE, PSLF, PSCAD) and development tools such as Python, with excellent communication skills
