Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to understand clients' backgrounds, needs, and therapy goals.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches to improve mental health outcomes.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with clientsโ€™ goals and progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and documentation integrity.
  • Engage in continuous learning by staying updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and attending required training sessions both independently and with our team.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise will be vital in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters open communication and healing. You will work closely with clients to design strategic interventions that facilitate their emotional resilience and overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • Current and valid LMFT licensure in Maryland to practice therapy independently.
  • Minimum of two yearsโ€™ experience working in a clinical setting with a variety of therapeutic modalities.
  • Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and others relevant to family dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with multicultural populations.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
  • Training in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
