We are seeking experienced finance professionals to provide omnichannel chat support for SMB (small and medium-sized business) owners. This role involves answering both general help questions and complex, data-heavy accounting queries.
*Must have a QuickBooks account or be willing to download and utilize the free trial version.

Requirements:
  • Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Prior experience with omnichannel chat support
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis
  • Ability to handle complex, data-driven accounting questions
  • Experience working with SMB clients is preferred.
