Are you ready to make yourself at home?
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Front-End Web Production Engineer to join our UI/UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team. This individual will be responsible for translating approved designs into polished, accurate web experiences and managing high-volume content production within our ContentStack CMS. The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, and takes genuine pride in the craft of web production - not just getting things live, but getting them right. They work confidently within established systems and design standards, deliver consistently under deadline pressure, and embrace AI tools to maximize their output and efficiency. We are building toward award-winning web experiences and are looking for people who share that ambition.
The Front-End Web Production is the execution engine of the web team, responsible for building pages, implementing updates, and managing content production at volume within the systems and standards established by the Senior Full-Stack Developer and UX/UI Designer. This role operates at high throughput, owns day-to-day web production, and ensures design intent is realized accurately across all web properties.
What You'll Be Doing:
Web Production and CMS Management
  • Build and publish web pages, landing pages, and content updates in ContentStack with accuracy and speed, working from approved Figma designs and content briefs
  • Manage routine content entry, updates, and maintenance tasks across web properties, maintaining consistency with established design standards and brand guidelines

Front-End Implementation
  • Translate Figma designs into clean, accurate HTML and CSS implementations, working within existing component libraries and design systems
  • Perform thorough cross-browser and cross-device QA on all web deliverables before launch, flagging issues and coordinating fixes with the Senior Developer as needed

Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with the Senior Full-Stack Developer, UX/UI Designer, and Marketing Analytics Specialist to ensure web deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with conversion goals
  • Communicate production status, blockers, and completion updates clearly across the team and within project management tools

Quality and Standards
  • Adhere to established coding standards, naming conventions, and component usage guidelines set by the Senior Developer and design system
  • Ensure all published content meets accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and is compliant with applicable regulatory requirements for a financial services environment

AI and Productivity
  • Actively use AI tools to accelerate production tasks, improve code quality, and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort in recurring workflows
  • Stay current on front-end development tools and techniques and bring practical improvements to the team's production workflow

The Skills You Bring:
  • Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to implement pixel-perfect layouts from Figma designs
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript sufficient to implement interactions, troubleshoot front-end issues, and work confidently within a typed React/Next.js codebase
  • Working knowledge of React and Next.js sufficient to build pages, implement components, and work accurately within an established codebase without breaking existing architecture
  • Familiarity with JSX and component-based architecture sufficient to implement designs accurately within existing component libraries
  • Hands-on experience with a headless CMS platform for content entry, page building, and publishing workflows
  • Ability to read and interpret Figma files accurately, including components, styles, and responsive layout specifications
  • Cross-browser and cross-device testing proficiency, with a methodical approach to QA before launch
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple production tasks simultaneously under deadline pressure
  • Basic awareness of SEO best practices as they apply to web page structure, metadata, and content formatting
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate production, troubleshoot code, and reduce manual effort in recurring tasks
  • Clear communicator who proactively flags blockers and keeps stakeholders informed on production status
  • Light motion or interaction design experience (CSS animations, GSAP) preferred
  • Experience implementing motion and interaction from designer specs, including GSAP or CSS animation libraries
  • A genuine eye for detail and craft - notices when something is off by a pixel and cares enough to fix it
  • Demonstrated portfolio of shipped web pages or production work, including live URLs or code samples, with evidence of React or Next.js experience
  • Proficiency with Git-based version control in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience working within Agile or sprint-based development workflows
  • Demonstrated experience working in a TypeScript and React-based front-end environment
  • Prior experience with ContentStack or a comparable enterprise headless CMS preferred
  • Experience working in a financial services, fintech, or regulated industry environment preferred
  • Familiarity with TradeStation products and the online brokerage ecosystem preferred

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional front-end development or web production experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Design, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience

What We Offer:
  • Collaborative work environment
  • Competitive Salaries
  • Yearly bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits for you and your family starting Day 1
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
  • Flexible working environment
  • TradeStation Account employee benefits, as well as full access to trading education materials
