The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical skills with an understanding of luxury retail, consumer brands, ecommerce, and omnichannel business models. • Own the project until transitioned to core team

Strategic Growth
  • Evaluate opportunities to expand into new categories, geographies, channels, and customer segments.
  • Develop strategic perspectives on evolving luxury consumer behavior, retail formats, competitive dynamics, and emerging business models.
  • Take ownership of special projects that have significant strategic or financial importance to the company.

Financial and Strategic Analysis

  • Analyze business performance (e.g., unit economics, customer/follower acquisition and retention, and other key retail metrics).
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and clearly communicate key risks and assumptions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent understanding of financial statements and business economics.
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex financial and strategic information
  • Strong project-management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity, judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.

Preferred
  • Experience in luxury goods, specialty retail, ecommerce, or omnichannel businesses.
  • Experience working with founder-led, entrepreneurial, or high-growth companies.
  • Familiarity with luxury consumer behavior, premium brand positioning, and the dynamics of physical retail and digital commerce.
  • Experience with post-merger integration.
  • Experience evaluating and executing M&A or strategic investment transactions.
