• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the psychosocial needs and circumstances of students facing mental, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students and their families, outlining specific goals and therapeutic strategies.
• Establish strong relationships with students to build trust and advocate for their needs within the educational system.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the client’s unique situation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that each student's mental health needs are addressed effectively.
• Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to enhance student support and create a healthy learning environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to ethical standards and best practices in social work.

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents within the school system, addressing diverse issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral concerns and life transitions. You will be tasked with developing specialized interventions that cater to the unique needs of each student, ensuring an inclusive approach that respects their diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Must hold a valid Oregon state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with students, families, and school personnel effectively.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical psychotherapy experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in educational or cognitive development settings.
• Experience in conducting multi-faceted assessments and designing targeted treatment plans.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications. In addition to monetary compensation, our benefits package includes:
