The LCSW will be responsible for a wide array of critical functions, including:

• Collaborating closely with healthcare providers to formulate individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
• Actively participating in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
• Building and maintaining relationships with community leaders and resource groups to advocate for students' social needs and promote our organization’s initiatives.
• Providing counseling and crisis intervention services to students, which includes assessing emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with physicians to discuss patient progress, needs, and any emerging concerns.
• Documenting all clinical interactions accurately and promptly in compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children, adolescents, and their families. You will be responsible for catering to their diverse emotional and psychological needs, ensuring that they receive appropriate support to foster their overall well-being and achievement in an educational setting.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, with valid credentials in LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient setting, preferably within a school-related environment.

Ideal candidates will also possess:

• Strong knowledge of psychological theories, assessment methodologies, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, engaging positively with therapists and medical professionals.
