Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying psychosocial needs, strengths, and support networks.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that align with patients’ goals and needs.
  • Provide ongoing therapeutic support through individual and group therapy sessions, addressing various emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues.
  • Establish rapport and advocate for each patient’s needs, ensuring they receive comprehensive care tailored to their circumstances.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and share insights that enhance care quality.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Continuously engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with therapeutic practices and regulatory requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with adults facing mental health challenges and those overcoming addiction issues. You will play a vital role in providing support to individuals in detoxification, helping them to cope with emotional disturbances and navigate their recovery process. Your interventions will directly influence their journey towards improved mental well-being and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current LCSW license in the state of Oregon is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services is necessary.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as outstanding interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering therapy via virtual means is highly desired.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
