This role is a remote position, providing flexibility that accommodates a healthy work-life balance. As part of a supportive virtual team, you will work primarily with educational institutions, collaborating closely with school staff, parents, and community agencies to address student mental health needs. Our remote infrastructure allows for seamless communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, enabling you to continue delivering outstanding care from any location.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify students' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote coping strategies and resilience.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support students dealing with anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring transparency and coordination of care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including educators, school psychologists, and external community resources, to create comprehensive support strategies for students.
• Provide educational workshops and seminars to school staff and families about mental health awareness, crisis intervention strategies, and available resources.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health and social work practices, integrating new knowledge into your practice to better serve your clients.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of students who may face various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues related to academic pressures. You will work closely with these students to foster resilience, help them develop effective coping mechanisms, and ensure they have the support necessary for academic success.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and experience working in educational or school-based settings is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly working with children and adolescents, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with school systems and interdisciplinary collaboration will enhance your capacity to thrive in this role.
