• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, emotional challenges, and psychological needs, ensuring a detailed understanding of each individual’s situation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to meet clients' unique goals and requirements, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate various therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions, using therapeutic modalities appropriate for diverse client populations.
• Continuously monitor and track clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback, therapeutic outcomes, and evolving needs.
• Provide crisis intervention support during emergencies, offering immediate assistance and establishing a safe environment for clients in distress.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records that comply with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring the protection of sensitive information.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and community health personnel, ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and advancements in mental health treatment and therapy.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Possess current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice in Georgia.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with experience in delivering effective therapeutic interventions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• An empathic and client-centered approach to therapy, with a strong commitment to the well-being of your clients.
• Ability to be self-directed in managing your caseload while also actively participating in a collaborative team environment.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrated success in implementing treatment plans and achieving positive client outcomes.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, etc.) and experience with diverse populations.
• Prior experience working in telehealth or remote therapeutic settings is a plus.
