• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through structured interviews, questionnaires, and diagnostic tools to inform treatment decisions.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' individual goals, considering cultural and socio-economic factors that impact their mental well-being.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to each client's care.
• Educate clients' family members about mental health issues and coping strategies, fostering a support system that aids in recovery and empowerment.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines to uphold the integrity of our practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, many of whom face challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and significant life changes. Your ability to establish rapport and create a safe space for clients will be crucial in guiding them on their journey towards recovery.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possession of an active LMHC license in the state of Florida.
• Proven understanding of evidence-based practices for an array of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and communication skills, enabling effective client interactions and team collaborations.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in specialized areas of mental health counseling, such as trauma-informed care, child and adolescent counseling, or substance use disorders.

• Receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
