Become a Key Player as an Ecommerce Strategy and Insights Manager

You will support the organization's Global Growth & Digital Sales efforts by translating promotional and growth initiatives into measurable outcomes and operational cadence. You’ll partner with analytics, marketing, and operations stakeholders to track performance, surface insights, and keep key programs running smoothly. This is a contract role with remote work for US candidates (CST or PST time zones preferred).

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Analyze performance of promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives, build trackers, and synthesize results into actionable insights
  • Develop clear, well-structured readouts and reports that translate complex data into digestible narratives for stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing visibility into core business metrics and prepare/present updates in regular run-the-business (RTB) meetings
  • Support development of business cases and investment sizing using internal data and benchmarks
  • Manage operational workstreams including event tracking oversight, long-term trend monitoring, calendar communications, and deadline management
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • BS/BA with 3–6 years of experience in finance, analytics, marketing operations, or business operations, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical instincts and experience working with structured and unstructured data to generate business insights
  • Experience building and maintaining performance trackers, dashboards, or reporting frameworks (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Claude, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with SQL for ad hoc data extraction and analysis; comfortable working with large datasets across multiple sources
  • Experience with web analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership
  • Highly organized, operationally rigorous, and able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
