We offer ready-to-eat meals, sauces, snacks, beverages, and specialty products for retail, e-commerce, and foodservice channels. Jayone combines Korean tradition with modern branding, product development, and digital commerce.

Role Description

Jayone Foods is seeking a full-time, on-site Digital Content & E-Commerce Designer based in Paramount, CA.

This role will create and manage digital content across Jayone’s websites, Amazon, TikTok Shop, social media, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable combining graphic design, content creation, photography, video editing, and AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and update website pages, banners, product pages, and landing pages
  • Create Amazon A+ Content, Brand Store assets, and product listing images
  • Edit product and lifestyle photos for digital and e-commerce use
  • Create short-form videos and social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Use AI tools to efficiently produce and adapt social media, website, and promotional content
  • Support TikTok Shop product listings, promotions, and content
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, e-commerce, and product development teams

Qualifications

  • Strong graphic design and digital content creation skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
  • Experience designing website and e-commerce content
  • Familiarity with Amazon A+ Content, Amazon Brand Stores, and product listings
  • Photo editing and basic video production skills
  • Experience using AI tools for design, copy, video, or content production
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and TikTok Shop
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience in food, CPG, retail, or e-commerce is preferred
  • Korean language or familiarity with Korean food culture is a plus
