Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. By combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and other mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost.

Following our $1.37B Series D at a $7.87B valuation, Hadrian is rapidly expanding our manufacturing footprint, launching new capabilities across welding, casting, forging, electronics, additive manufacturing, and more, while scaling our Factory-as-a-Service platform to transform how critical products are built.

Backed by leading investors including JPMorgan Chase, Valor Equity Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, 137 Ventures, Lux Capital, T. Rowe Price, and Morgan Stanley, we’re building the future of American manufacturing—and looking for exceptional people to help make it happen.

If you’re ready to take on the most challenging and rewarding work of your career while helping create American manufacturing jobs for generations to come, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

The Role

As Hadrian's first Manager, Early Career Recruiting , you will build and lead our early talent function from the ground up. This is a true 0 to 1 leadership opportunity where you will design the strategy, hire and develop a team, and establish the programs that will bring the next generation of builders into Hadrian. You will create lasting partnerships with top universities, trade schools, and community programs while collaborating closely with engineering and factory operations leaders to scale a best-in-class internship and early career program.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute Hadrian's early career recruiting strategy across universities, trade schools, and community programs for both technical and operational talent

  • Develop and own long-term partnerships with universities, trade schools, student organizations, and career centers

  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across engineering, operations, and manufacturing to define workforce pipeline needs and hiring goals

  • Oversee the full candidate lifecycle ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience from first touch through onboarding

  • Plan and lead campus and trade school recruiting events, information sessions, and brand-building activities

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for technical and operational roles

  • Define the recruiting metrics and reporting infrastructure to measure program effectiveness and team performance

  • Develop scalable processes, tools, and playbooks that support a growing early career function

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on early career talent trends, market insights, and workforce planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of university or early career recruiting experience

  • Proven success building or scaling early career and internship programs in high-growth environments

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and hold a team accountable to goals and performance

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across a growing function

  • Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders including technical, operations, and senior leadership teams

  • Seasonal travel for campus and recruiting events

  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience leading leads or managers

  • Experience building partnerships with trade schools, community colleges, and technical training programs

  • Background in technical recruiting or familiarity with manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering environments

  • Track record of hiring and developing recruiting talent in a fast-paced or startup environment

  • Demonstrated success designing recruiting processes and programs that scale

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to represent Hadrian's mission authentically at all levels

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape team strategy and report to leadership
