• Plan and implement comprehensive support packages for clients facing various mental health challenges, ensuring that they receive personalized care.
• Conduct initial assessments by interviewing clients to evaluate their needs, strengths, and areas requiring improvement.
• Create individualized treatment goals based on assessments, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting plans to ensure effectiveness.
• Facilitate counseling sessions where you provide guidance and support, equipping clients with skills to manage their situations.
• Document case notes meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational practices while also tracking client progress effectively.
• Participate in case conferences, collaborating with colleagues to discuss cases and strategies, while also providing testimonies in legal settings when required.
• Act as a key worker, engaging with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to client care.
• Facilitate referrals to community resources and services that align with clients’ recovery plans and support their path to wellness.

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing a range of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance dependencies. This role not only addresses their mental health needs but also promotes community engagement and recovery through advocacy and resource connection.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field is required; a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.
• Must possess a valid license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients from various demographics.
• Proficiency in understanding and applying social work theories and practices relevant to mental health.

• Previous work experience as a licensed social worker within a clinical or community health setting.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct client assessments and develop actionable treatment plans.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary collaboration and knowledge of treatment modalities for mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with telehealth service delivery and the use of digital record-keeping systems.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience.
