We are hiring an experienced Social Work Director to join our team in North Central PA. As a Social Work Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and follow up on any concerns for the residents and staff with all incident reports, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
• Collaborate with caregivers and departments to provide a fulfilling living experience for our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Keep supervisor informed of unusual occurrences related to the health and safety of residents, maintaining open communication and transparency.
• Oversee care plans, MDS, and quality improvement processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Report statistics, progress, and achievements to administration, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.
• Build strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes resident care.

Requirements:
