Emplify Health is hiring for a full-time EAP Consultant. The EAP Consultant provides assessment, crisis intervention, referral, and short-term counseling services to clients utilizing EAP for a variety of personal, family and work-related concerns in addition to directs all EAP services for assigned contracts, develops and provides EAP training and education to employees and managers of Emplify Health as well as tri-state area businesses holding EAP contracts.

What you will work:

  • FTE: 1.0 FTE (80 hours bi-weekly)

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, core business hours

  • Location: Hybrid model - two days remote and three days in the office. Two days will be in La Crosse, WI and one day at the Onalaska clinic.

What you need:

  • Candidates must possess a Masters degree in Social Work or related field

  • 2 years experience in mental health counseling, human services, or social work in a hospital or clinic setting.

  • Wisconsin licensure in one of the following:

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Iowa and Minnesota licensure in one of the above required within 90 days of hire.
