Position : Project Manager (M&A and Due Diligence)
Location : Remote
Duration : 6 to 12 Months
Visa : Green Card / US Citizen
Update from Client : Need someone with Strong IT due diligence in the M & A space. Big 4 or consulting experience is a must.
Need someone with the experience in Apps separation, Data migration, Apps cloning, etc from M&A perspective.
Description:
  • 3-5+ years of experience doing IT Due Diligences.
  • -Need M&A experience.
  • Experience reviewing CIMs, working with C-level and Private Equity stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing separation strategies and stand-alone cost/operating models.
  • Good Project mgmt, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Prior experience with Big4 a plus.
