Job duties:


Work remote! (in New Jersey).


We have offices in Florham Park, Hackensack, Manhattan, and Nassau County.


This role offers hands-on experience handling all stages of litigation from drafting motions and managing discovery to attending court appearances, conducting depositions, and engaging directly with clients.


  • Manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
  • Draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
  • Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.




Required:


· NJ and/or NY bar

· Recent insurance defense experience
