Responsibilities


  • Develop clear and concise technical and non-technical documentation tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to collect accurate information and validate content.
  • Manage document version control and maintain an organized repository for easy access.
  • Review and edit documentation for grammar, style, and clarity.
  • Assist in creating training materials and onboarding documentation for new employees.
  • Adopt and promote documentation best practices and tools within the team.


Requirements


  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a documentation specialist, technical writer, or similar role.
