• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, establishing a foundation for personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions using secure virtual platforms, adapting your approach to meet the unique requirements and preferences of each client.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and provide continuous support, ensuring their engagement and commitment throughout the treatment journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, to tailor solutions that resonate with each individual's experiences.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy interactions, including client progress notes and treatment updates, to meet regulatory standards and support continuity of care.

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. • Current active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic connections with clients in a remote setting.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple clients and documentation processes.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling role is an advantage.

• Experience working with diverse populations and awareness of cultural competencies is highly valued.
