• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop tailored therapeutic strategies that align with their individual needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, family, and couples therapy settings.
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed practices, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and coordinated treatment plans, contributing to high-quality patient outcomes.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals and families facing mental health challenges and those experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• Valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a community health or clinical setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to counseling practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software and technology used in mental health documentation is essential.
