Job description

HM Post Closing Spec

Temporary post closing reviewer needed to cover LOA, with the possibility to convert to permanent. Government and bond experience is a plus, though candidates may work with conventional, government, or bond loans. Tasks are assigned daily through an output file. Loans vary, but the process remains the same. Some work may carry over to the next day and requires updating systems. Work is onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The role involves a mix of physical (paper) and online documents. Training focuses mainly on learning the system and typically takes about one week for candidates already familiar with post-closing documents and terminology.
