The Role:

The Temporary Document Compliance Coordinator supports a time-sensitive compliance project focused on reviewing and maintaining records within internal systems. This role reviews documents against established criteria, identifies records requiring deletion or other disposition, and ensures all actions are completed accurately and in accordance with company guidelines. This is a high-volume, process-driven role requiring strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Review records and documents within internal systems against established compliance criteria.
  • Identify and delete, flag, or appropriately disposition documents in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of completed work and project progress while meeting established productivity and accuracy expectations.
  • Escalate unclear records or exceptions and follow established compliance procedures and escalation guidelines.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately while maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the review process.

Please note that this is a temporary, 90 day position that is fully remote.

  • Experience in data entry, document review, compliance, HR, healthcare, or administrative work preferred but not required.
