Greystone Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for implementing individualized counseling and psychotherapeutic interventions that promote mental health and well-being among our diverse client base. As an LPC, you will administer intake assessments, evaluate clients' treatment needs, and craft appropriate and context-sensitive treatment plans. You will play a vital role in the recovery journey of clients by regularly assessing their progress and adapting interventions to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering critical counseling services to clients. Despite the remote nature of the job, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through virtual meetings, ensuring that all team members are aligned in providing the best possible care. • Conduct individualized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Facilitate and lead therapeutic groups and family counseling sessions, applying various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform treatment plans, tracking clients' progress and making necessary modifications throughout the therapeutic process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational protocols.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support for clients.
• Engage in community outreach programs to raise awareness and promote mental health services.

Your role as an LPC at Greystone Counseling Center will focus on a varied client population that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, and substance use issues. You will work with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, understanding that each client’s life experiences significantly shape their mental health. Your ability to foster a safe, supportive environment will be essential in building therapeutic alliances that encourage client engagement and commitment to treatment.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice, and experience in dealing with diverse client populations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team framework.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use recovery is highly desired.
• Experience conducting teletherapy or virtual counseling sessions.
• Working knowledge of current mental health research, assessment tools, and treatment methodologies.

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
