• Facilitate treatment sessions via telehealth, employing comprehensive tools to engage actively with clients.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing data-driven insights, interactive applications, and psycho-educational resources.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance and navigating their unique mental health challenges.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Delta Area Counseling Center, you will work primarily with clients experiencing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Emphasizing a holistic approach to treatment, you will engage clients in meaningful conversations and empower them to achieve their goals in their mental health journey.

• Must possess a Master’s degree or doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, and hold a valid LMHC license.
• Available for either full-time or part-time contract work within a remote setting.
• Ability to meet all internal credentialing requirements related to clinical practice.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience providing services through virtual means.
• A background in using feedback-informed treatment methodologies.
• Experience in collaborative models of care, integrating mental health with primary health services.
