This full-time position is structured to be entirely remote, providing flexibility while maintaining the highest standards of care. You will have the tools and technology necessary to conduct therapy sessions, including a secure electronic health record (EHR) system for maintaining client information and documentation. Our team collaborates virtually, creating a supportive community of professionals committed to effective treatment and client-centered care.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to establish baseline concerns and collaboratively set treatment goals with each client.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based therapeutic practices and engage clients in their own recovery processes.

• Facilitate diverse therapy sessions, including individual and group discussions, based on established therapeutic techniques to help clients work through emotional and psychological challenges.

• Engage in collaborative care by regularly communicating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a cohesive treatment experience for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and recovery strategies, promoting a supportive environment that encourages active participation.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with all healthcare regulations, ensuring ethical handling of sensitive client information.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of a valid state license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices and techniques.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently manage client documentation and care tracking.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a safe and trusting environment.
