As a Technical Architect - Marketing Technology and Custom Apps you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading solution evaluation and architecture governance, assessing COTS, SaaS, custom, and hybrid options while recommending scalable, cost-effective approaches
  • Defining and driving end-to-end architecture strategy, including current- and future-state designs across applications, integrations, and data, supported by clear artifacts and diagrams
  • Accelerating modernization efforts, guiding teams on cloud-native, microservices, API-driven, and event-based architectures while optimizing within licensing constraints
  • Designing and overseeing cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), ensuring scalability, resiliency, cost efficiency, and supporting migration from legacy and on-prem environments
  • Embedding security and compliance into all designs, aligning with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices while collaborating with security teams
  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor and providing leadership, partnering with business, engineering, and vendors while guiding implementation and validating architectural integrity

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution AND (eight) 8 years of IT experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Three (3) years experience in an architecture or senior technical leadership role
  • Three (3) years experience working with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), including application, integration, and infrastructure architecture.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong understanding of security architecture principles, including IAM, data security, network security, and secure SDLC.
  • Strong experience with Marketing Technology applications (CMS, DAM, PIM)
  • Strong experience with legacy application modernization and system replacement.
  • Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Domain expertise in OrdertoCash (O2C) processes, including order management, invoicing, billing, payments, and integrations with ERP and downstream finance systems, within healthcare commercial environments such as durable medical equipment (DME) or similar regulated productbased workflows.
