Remote Claims Processor
Schedule: Flexible shifts between 6:00 AM - 10:30 PM (based on business needs)
Training Schedule: 8-week paid training
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour- please note this rate may be below your state's minimum wage. Consider this when applying
Job Type: Full-Time Remote
Job Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented Claims Processor to support a fast-paced healthcare team. This role is fully remote and requires strong accuracy, time management, multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review emails and Microsoft Teams messages at the start of each shift
  • Log into internal systems and begin processing claims
  • Accurately enter and review data in a high-volume environment
  • Monitor team chats and adjust workflow based on team needs
  • Complete assigned tasks and meet productivity goals
  • Follow scheduled breaks and lunch per company policy

Requirements
  • GED or HS Diploma
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly
  • Proficient with computers and data entry systems
  • Reliable internet connection required
  • Must have a dedicated workspace

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $15.00.
