Village Behavioral Health (VBH) is looking for confident, skilled clinicians to join our Mobile Crisis Responder (MCR) team and provide critical weekend coverage for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises across Virginia.

VBH is a licensed behavioral health organization providing residential and crisis services throughout Virginia. Our mission is simple but powerful: "it takes a village." We deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care when individuals need it most.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct real-time remote crisis assessments using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms
  • Evaluate risk, safety concerns, and clinical needs
  • Make independent decisions on level of care and next steps
  • Complete timely, audit-ready documentation
  • Collaborate with a responsive and experienced crisis team


Weekend Coverage Schedule

We are actively hiring for weekend shifts:

  • Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Overnight Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
  • Evening/weekends shifts: Monday-Friday 4pm-12am
  • Overnight Shift: 11 PM- 7 AM -PRN or Part-time


Compensation
