Join Our Team as a Part-time Receptionist

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic and compassionate environment? Animal Care Center of Salem is seeking a Part-time Receptionist to join our team in Salem, VA. As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. If you are passionate about animals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to the office staff
  • Distribute mail and packages
  • Collect copays and payments from clients
  • Assist with dictation and file maintenance
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the front office

Required Skills:

  • GED or equivalent
  • Strong keyboarding and word processing skills
  • Ability to handle patient scheduling and registration
  • Phone etiquet

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in grammar and sorting
  • Ability to manage calendars and order supplies

Salary and Benefits:
