Location: Remote (must be within 90 minutes of Richmond)

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)

Training & Schedule:

  • Attendance is critical — missing even one day is not permitted
  • Work Hours (Post-Training): Scheduled between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
  • 8-hour shifts with a 30 or 45-minute lunch
  • Schedule assigned based on business needs (not guaranteed preference)


Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Contact Center Senior Representatives. In this role, you will serve as an empathetic front-line problem solver, supporting customers, financial professionals, and partners through inbound calls, email, and chat. Work Arrangement

This role is primarily remote with occasional in-office requirements, including:

  • First day onsite
  • 1–2 times per quarter (or as needed)
