Compensation: $85k-125k + discretionary bonus
Position Overview
A well-established and rapidly growing Workers Compensation Defense Law Firm with multiple offices across California is seeking an experienced Hearing Representative to join its team. The Hearing Representative will be responsible for managing and representing clients during hearings related to workers' compensation claims. This role involves thorough preparation, case management, and effective communication to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize case files for hearings
- Represent clients during administrative hearings
- Communicate effectively with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders
- Conduct thorough research related to case law and hearing procedures
- Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims
- Develop strategies to advocate for clients' interests during proceedings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in workers' compensation or related legal field
- Strong understanding of administrative hearing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven case management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
