We're looking for an organized and compassionate On-Call Rep to join our team! Position Summary:Mind & Mobility Home Care is seeking an experienced On-Call Scheduling Representative to provide after-hours support for our clients and caregivers.This position is responsible for managing urgent scheduling needs, caregiver call-outs, client and caregiver communication, and visit monitoring outside of regular office hours. The ideal candidate has previous home care scheduling experience, is comfortable making quick decisions, and can remain responsive throughout their assigned on-call period.This is an on-call position and requires consistent availability during all assigned hours.This position is ideal for an experienced home care scheduler who understands the fast-paced nature of after-hours scheduling and can provide dependable support to caregivers and clients when the regular office is closed.On-Call ScheduleOn-call assignments may be scheduled weekly or biweekly depending on company needs and may include holidays. The On-Call Representative must remain available and responsive to calls and scheduling needs throughout the assigned coverage period.Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:30 AMSaturday & Sunday: Full-day/24-hour on-call coverageHolidays: May be required based on the rotation and company needsKey ResponsibilitiesAnswer and respond to after-hours calls from clients, caregivers, and other appropriate parties.Manage last-minute caregiver call-outs and work to secure replacement coverage.Communicate scheduling changes and updates with clients and caregivers.Verify scheduled visits are completed.Monitor and follow up on missed caregiver clock-ins and clock-outs.Address urgent scheduling concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate.Maintain accurate documentation of all after-hours activity and communications.Complete required daily on-call reports Provide a clear handoff to the daytime team regarding unresolved scheduling issues, client concerns, staffing needs, or other items requiring follow-up.QualificationsPrevious home care scheduling experience is required.Experience coordinating caregiver schedules and handling call-outs strongly preferred.Familiarity with EVV, caregiver clock-in/clock-out monitoring, and home care scheduling systems preferred.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and make timely decisions.Ability to remain organized while handling multiple urgent requests.Must be dependable and consistently responsive during assigned on-call hours.Must have reliable phone and internet access.This position requires Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
