Job Description: Position Overview

We are seeking Insurance Sales Representatives to assist individuals and families with their life insurance and financial protection needs.

This remote position involves speaking with prospective clients, reviewing their insurance needs, explaining available coverage options, and assisting with insurance applications.

Previous insurance experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, education, financial services, or other client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospective clients by phone or video conference.
  • Assess individual and family insurance needs.
  • Explain life insurance and related insurance products.
  • Provide product information based on client needs and eligibility.
  • Assist clients with completing insurance applications.
  • Maintain accurate and professional client communication.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients as appropriate.
  • Complete required insurance carrier, product, and compliance training.
  • Maintain applicable state insurance licenses and carrier appointments.
Qualifications
