Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address a diverse array of emotional disorders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our digital therapist portal, ensuring streamlined workflows for both you and your clients.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on automatically administered symptom self-assessments and client feedback to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers to create comprehensive treatment plans, integrating medication management and therapy as needed.
  • Engage in regular consultations and supervision sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, ranging from individuals facing mild to severe emotional disturbances. You will be working primarily with adults who present various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. The role demands a commitment to culturally responsive care, ensuring that all clients feel understood and valued in their unique circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
  • An independent license in your residing state (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) is mandatory, with additional licenses in multiple states being a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
