Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility for work-life balance while reaching clients wherever they are located. You will have access to a state-of-the-art telehealth platform that facilitates seamless video sessions with clients. The user-friendly therapist portal optimizes documentation and integrates tools for monitoring client progress efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly synchronous video counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address emotional and psychological disorders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, reducing paperwork and maximizing client interaction time.
  • Employ automated symptom assessments and progress trackers to adjust treatment plans based on real-time client feedback and functional improvement.
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and a network of therapists, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.
  • Take advantage of support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team to navigate complex clinical scenarios and enhance your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients presenting a variety of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more complex cases involving suicidal ideation. Your role is crucial in stabilizing clients with high acuity needs, ultimately contributing to improved outcomes for all individuals seeking help.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
  • Possession of an independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (or where you reside), such as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC. Holding licenses in multiple states is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated tech-savviness and a willingness to incorporate digital solutions into daily practice.
  • A strong commitment to providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
