Key Responsibilities
  • Administer symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal progress tools to tailor and adjust personalized treatment plans effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation through a reliable therapist portal, which includes innovative digital solutions that facilitate streamlined record-keeping.
  • Offer virtual therapy sessions, utilizing live video technologies to provide evidence-based care to adults facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges.
  • Collaborate regularly with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to enrich treatment plans and promote comprehensive care strategies.
  • Participate in continual consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team for professional guidance and support when required.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients who present a diverse array of emotional disorders. Our holistic approach emphasizes the importance of understanding each client's unique background, helping to deliver culturally responsive care that is sensitive to their specific needs and circumstances. You will work with individuals in crisis, including those experiencing suicidal ideation, and will bring a compassionate approach to every interaction.

Qualifications
  • A current independent mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in your state of residence is mandatory.
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Tech-savviness and an eagerness to incorporate digital solutions into clinical practices are preferred to optimize patient interactions.
  • A commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity in treatment approaches, ensuring all client populations are effectively served.

Compensation and Benefits
