• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning of patients.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Deliver psychotherapy sessions, which may include individual, group, or family therapy, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and others.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community resources to develop an integrated care approach that fosters patient well-being.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies based on patient feedback and clinical insight.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources within the community to support ongoing recovery.
• Uphold professional ethical standards in practice, ensuring patient confidentiality and obtaining informed consent in all interactions.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Chat and Change Mental Health, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. You will engage with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, requiring sensitivity to their individual needs and cultural contexts. Your role is crucial in reducing stigma, promoting understanding, and facilitating access to mental health resources.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building therapeutic relationships with patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills based on evidence-based practices.
• Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare software for patient management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment options, and an understanding of the barriers patients may encounter.
• Diligent in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards.

Experience in remote therapy modalities and fluency in telehealth practices are highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with community resources available for mental health support and rehabilitation can provide a meaningful benefit to our patients.
